Biography

Hailing from Cartagena, Colombia, and growing up in Queens, New York, Reiné is proud to be a Colombian-New Yorker.

 

In 2017, she started dancing by learning Sean Bankhead's choreography from Fifth Harmony's tour videos. In high school, she taught herself KPOP dances and dipped her foot into choreographing. In college, Reiné learned other dance genres, such as Hip-Hop, West African, and Commercial. She focused on honing her theatrics and performance dance style. 

 

As a student at Columbia University, Reiné majors in Creative Writing to tap into her passion for writing. Currently, she is working on her debut novel, as well as a book of poetry. She also majored in sociology with the intent of learning more about social justice on the systemic level.

 

Currently, Reiné spends her time choreographing songs, studying new poses for photoshoots, doing her readings, or editing her latest YouTube video!
